How Upgaming’s Third Padel Championship Went Down

There is always room for sports excitement in our event calendar. Naturally, Upgaming's third and largest padel tournament was not long in coming. This dynamic sport has been a favorite in our lineup for quite some time. We even have an official internal padel club where employees play regularly throughout the week, but the now-traditional championship brings a completely different level of energy and anticipation.

The number of players and interest in the tournament grew even further after Upgaming’s second padel tournament. This time, we had a full house on the courts, with 38 Upgaming pairs going head-to-head.

The tournament stood out with its dramatic final matches, revealing the top 3 best pairs. Upgaming also set up well-deserved cash prizes for the winners: the first-place finishers received 5,000₾, the runner-up pair took home 3,000₾, and the third-place winners received 2,000₾. However, even more than the cash prizes, it was the champion status earned on the court and the unforgettable emotions shared with the whole team that truly mattered.

For us, internal championships like this are the perfect way to promote healthy competition, boost team spirit, and realize that the chemistry and wordless understanding built on the courts translate directly into our daily workflow. Upgaming's third padel tournament has come to a close - until the next sporting challenges!
