Nana, how did you get into the Talent Growth program? Was there a specific moment when you said, "This is where I need to be"?
At the time I heard about Talent Growth, I was already actively working on developing my skills. As soon as I learned about the company and the program details, I realized that missing an opportunity like this simply wasn't an option. My intuition didn't fail me - I was right!
First day at Upgaming: Expectations vs. Reality. What did you find that you didn't expect at all?
To be honest, I expected a stressful and "ultra-formal" environment where everyone walked around with overly serious faces 😄. But the reality was different; I found a very friendly and comfortable atmosphere where I immediately felt at home.
SEO is often associated with big data. What has been the most time-consuming task you’ve faced so far?

As our platform continues to scale, so does our commitment to security. Our latest session focused on a critical priority: Cybersecurity. This training was specifically designed for our Leads and Heads of Departments, empowering our leadership team with the tools to stay one step ahead of digital threats.

I’ve dedicated the most time to backlink research. It’s a bit like detective work: first finding competitors, then "digging up" their backlinks, and checking the traffic and content quality of every single site. Setting up the final database took a lot of energy, but the result was worth it.
The relationship with a mentor is a vital part of the program. Who was your mentor and what was their most valuable piece of advice?
My mentor was Niko Samkharadze. His main advice that stuck with me the most is: "You should have a 'backup' for everything in life." This helps not only with technical issues but in any situation in general.
What "superpower" did you discover in yourself after starting the program?
Time management. When you have many interesting tasks, you learn how to allocate your resources so that you can get everything done on time.
Imagine the Google algorithm is a person. What would you give them for their birthday to win them over?
Probably everything I own! 😄 In SEO, after all, everything depends on Google's "goodwill."
If your name and surname were a keyword, what information would you want to appear on the first page?
"A person capable of turning ideas into real results and who is not afraid of new challenges."
Finally, what was the last thing you did for the first time in your life?
I just recently had my Talent Growth graduation ceremony. I wore a gown and, following tradition, tossed my cap into the air!
