Requirements

  • Basic understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to document bugs and test cases clearly
  • Willingness to learn QA tools and testing frameworks
  • Responsibility, commitment, and maintaining at least 80% attendance

Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in all training sessions, workshops, and lectures
  • Complete individual and group assignments on time (weekly testing tasks and case studies)
  • Attend 1-on-1 feedback sessions with mentors and apply feedback in practice
  • Execute manual test cases and document results accurately
  • Identify, document, and track software defects
  • Participate in regression testing and exploratory testing sessions
  • Demonstrate professionalism and teamwork skills through peer reviews and group feedback

  • Manual testing fundamentals
  • Test case design and execution
  • Bug reporting and tracking
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle
  • Basic knowledge of testing tools (Jira, TestRail, etc.)
  • API testing basics
  • Mobile and web application testing

Depending on the role, you'll either complete a domain-specific technical exam or take part in a live interview with our team.

STEP 4

Internship & Progress

Selected participants will join the team, work on real projects, receive ongoing training, and build their careers. Successful participants may continue with a Job at Upgaming.
