We are seeking a Senior HR Generalist to lead HR operations and strategic initiatives. You'll be responsible for managing complex HR functions, leading projects, and providing strategic guidance to leadership.

Key Objectives

  • Lead strategic HR initiatives and organizational development
  • Manage complex employee relations matters and conflict resolution
  • Develop and implement HR policies and best practices
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on HR matters
  • Oversee talent acquisition and retention strategies

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Partner with leadership on organizational design and workforce planning
  • Lead change management initiatives
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals

Employee Relations

  • Handle complex employee relations cases
  • Conduct investigations and provide resolutions
  • Promote positive workplace culture and engagement

Talent Management

  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes
  • Implement performance management systems
  • Design and deliver training and development programs

You'll likely have:

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Proven experience in strategic HR planning and execution
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
